When will my item be dispatched?

Items are dispatched mostly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays.

Will the items I purchased be clean & smoke-free?

Yes, they will be, we take care to wash/clean all the clothing/item we sell before dispatching them.

What if the item doesn't meet my standards/ Do you quality check items before listing them?
----------------------------------------------
Yes we do quality check all items we sell, if it's an item of clothing we tend to firstly check to see if any damage is present, if we do see damage we try and fix it, if we're unable to fix it we won't sell the item. We would then wash the item and have another look if everything fine we will list the item with at least three pictures. The process of any other item is very similar, for example if it's a board game we first open it up ensure no damage is present and then we will clean it and check again, then we will ensure all pieces are there and if we don't test it we put it as Untested and lower the prices accordingly. If something doesn't meet your standards you can always get in touch and we will try our hardest to reach a resolution because we pride ourselves in customer Satisfaction.

When will my items arrive?

We deliver through various couriers, so we cannot provide an exact timeframe. However, rest assured that the item will be dispatched within 5 working days.

I've seen something nice on your listing; do you have it in another size?

Well, that all depends on the stock; however, if in the description it says available in another size and we list the sizes, then usually we do. The best thing to do is contact us, and we can check on our system.

Are negotiations on the table?

In most cases, yes, we're open all you can do is ask, and we do also offer bundle discounts of upto 15% off! So if you want more than one item, you will qualify for the bundle discount. 2 items are 5% discount, 3 items are 10% discount, and 5 items are 15% discount.

What type of items do you sell?

We tend to sell clothing, puzzles, and board games; however, when in stock/demand, we do cater to other people as well by selling books, records, dvds, pretty much all sorts. The best advice we can give is to look through our listing and see if you like the look of anything. We do also offer bundle discounts, upto 15% off!

How often do you update listings?

We aim to update our listings daily. We also aim to show the items with multiple pictures to give you the best idea of the said item. We want you to be 100% happy with the item before you purchase it.

What if my item doesn't arrive?

Well, firstly, we would like to apologise for the item not arriving, we know how it feels when you've ordered something and it has not shown up, it makes us just as annoyed that we've failed. If this did occur, we would be more than happy to send you either a refund or if we have another item in stock you like the look of, we would send that free of charge instead.

How will my items be packaged?
----------------------------------------------
Some of the items will come in an additional box with bubble wrap around the box to prevent movement, and then they're placed inside a mail bag, and we put two fragile stickers (if applicable) on the package. Sometimes, if the courier sees the label saying it's fragile, they are more careful with the package. All these steps are to help prevent damage from happening, however, we cannot guarantee that damage won't occur during transport.

Can you wrap the items nicely for me to give to someone as a present?
----------------------------------------------
Yes, we can, as an extra fee, depending on the item, which varies from £5 to £8 per item. I.e, if it's something small, like a clothing item, it will be closer to £5; if it's for a bigger item, it will be closer to the £8 mark. We can wrap the item with any of the following: tissue paper, wrapping paper, and if you'd like to add a bow, it's something we can do too or if you want a custom note as well. If this is something you're interested in, please contact us before ordering. If you're buying multiple items and want them all wrapped. We will offer a 15% discount.
