This is a SECOND-HAND marketplace. Normal signs of wear are NOT defects. If you expect flawless, unworn items, shop in a retail store or choose NEW WITH TAGS.
Exceptions: Items marked NEW WITH/WITHOUT TAGS have never been worn. Items worn but in like-new condition will always be clearly described as “LIKE NEW” in the listing.

I do not accept returns simply because an item doesn’t fit, you dislike how it looks on you, you change your mind, or you expect a used item to look brand new.
