Vintage! Such a beautiful coat. Raglan sleeves. All original…including buttons. Bought from a lady whose grandma owned and wore this “in the day”. Car coats were a “thing” due to cars often being open topped, or if closed, cold. The length makes it easier for driving. A little longer than 3/4.
I am sure it’s wool and may be mohair which was very popular back then. The cuffs are insane and the design allows hands to go in deep pockets without cuff wear and tear
